This website places no cookies on your device and uses no analytics, advertising or fingerprinting trackers. That is why no consent banner is needed when you visit the site. We load no scripts from Google, Facebook or other third parties, and we use no external fonts or CDNs. All assets (images, fonts) are served directly from our own server.

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
All data entered via this site stays internal to Daylight bv and is not passed on to third parties. There is no transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where legally required (a court order, a tax audit), data may be provided to the competent authority.
Your rights
At all times you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (art. 15 GDPR): request a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification (art. 16): have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to erasure (art. 17): the "right to be forgotten", subject to legal retention obligations.

Daylight bv does not apply any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

Daylight bv takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unlawful processing or unauthorised access (art. 32 GDPR).
