RS-485 network kit and cables
For chaining multiple displays via the RS-485 serial bus, including the suitable network cabling.
With RS-485 (multidrop) you drive multiple Alpha displays in series over a longer distance than RS-232 allows. Below are the individual cables and parts; the RS-485 kit bundles a 2.5 m cable with the modular network adapter. For long runs there is also RS-485 cable per 30 m (also outdoor, -20 °C to 150 °C).
