The Alpha 4000 MNS PoE is the Power-over-Ethernet version of the semi-outdoor full-color mass-notification display. Like the 24 VDC version it shows critical alerts on highly visible, full-color LED displays, listed to UL1638 and compliant with NFPA 72, suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor use.
The difference is the connection: the PoE version receives both data and power over a single Ethernet cable (PoE+ Type 3 per IEEE 802.3) and is controlled via TCP/IP. This simplifies installation in an existing IT infrastructure, without separate power cabling. The range includes the same three models (4080/4120/4160 MNS) with an 80/120/160 x 16 matrix, RGB 4096 colors and 7.62 mm pitch.
