Warranty

1-year manufacturer's warranty, carry-in.

• Applies to all Alpha models (Alpha 220C, 320C, 330C, 4000 series RGB, 9000 series, L-Series, W-Series), Streetsmart, Excite, Led2move and BetaBrite.
• Carry-in: the device is brought or sent to Daylight bv (Gentbrugge). Return shipping is at Daylight's expense.
• Covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

Not covered:

• Damage from lightning, overvoltage, water ingress (unless the model's IP rating covers this), vandalism or misuse.
• Damage from installation not carried out according to the supplied manual.
• Normal wear of LED modules after the stated lifespan (typically 100,000 hours).

1-year manufacturer's warranty + 4-year extended warranty, carry-in.

• Applies to all Masterclock models: NTP time servers (NTP100, GMR series), digital clocks (NTDS, TCDS, MDN, CLK series), time code products (TCA, TCR, TCS) and RC counters.
• Total of 5 years' warranty from the delivery date.
• Carry-in: the device is sent to Daylight bv (Gentbrugge). Daylight coordinates the handling with Masterclock Inc. (USA).

Not covered:

• Damage from lightning, overvoltage or incorrect supply voltage.
• GPS/GNSS antennas that are physically damaged (antenna cable kinked, connector deformed).
• Internal battery (CR2032 or equivalent) after the stated lifespan.

1. Get in touch via the contact form or email support@daylight.be.
2. State the serial number, the model and a short description of the problem.
3. Daylight assesses the claim within 2 business days and gives further instructions for shipping.
4. After receipt, the device is examined within 5 business days. You receive a diagnosis and, if covered, a repaired or replacement device in return.
